The contact form asks for your name, your email, your message and your preferred language. That information isn’t stored in any database of our own: it becomes an email that goes directly to Euge’s inbox and stays there, like any email, until it’s deleted. Along the way it’s handled by two infrastructure services: Cloudflare (the Turnstile anti-bot check and email routing) and the provider of the destination inbox.

You can ask us at any time to delete a message you sent, or exercise your rights to access, rectify and erase your personal data (Ley 25.326, Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act; enforcement authority: AAIP, the Agency for Access to Public Information) by writing on WhatsApp or from the contact page.

Please don’t include detailed clinical information in the form; we’ll talk about that in session.

The contact page shows a map of the area around the consulting room. It is an image hosted on this site, so opening it requests nothing from any outside service and sends it no IP address. The map shows the neighbourhood, not the exact address.

We measure site traffic from the server, with no cookies and no analytics software running in your browser. The site runs on Cloudflare, which is also where these measurements are stored, for three months.

One record is written each time a page is opened, each time a contact button is clicked, and each time a form is submitted successfully. Each record holds the moment it happened, which page it was, the language, what kind of source the visit came from (a search engine, social media, a direct link), the country, and whether it looks like a person or an indexing bot.

We do not store your IP address, your browser’s identity, the full address you arrived from, or any identifier that follows you between pages or between visits. We cannot tell how many different people visit, only how many times pages were opened.

We use no cookies and store nothing on your device for this.
